How to straighten your Hair like a Professional.

I think this info might be of some use to ladies who don't know anything about the subject. I remember when I first started straightening my hair I was kinda clueless not much just a little. This is my advice from experience. Anyways its no science but I know some people do have trouble keeping their hair straight especially people with very curly hair.

Step 1. Soak ur hair in oil any oil coconut/olive oil. Nourish your hair a little especially since your going to put it through the inferno.

Step 2. According to John Frieda straight hair begins in the shower. That is soo true if u have curly hair then you should use a shampoo + conditioner for straight hair. John Frieda or Paul Mitchell are not only high end brands its not just for the name. They actually work which is the amazing thing unlike some products with tall claims that dissapoint they actually deliver.  If you don't have super curly/curly hair then u can skip this step or at least use the conditioner along with whatever shampoo of ur choice. You might want to shampoo at least twice any traces of oil left back will fry your hair during the straightening process. Condition generously.

Step 3. Wrap ur hair in a towel or one of those terry cloth type towels designed for wet hair. But honestly a normal towel would do. Leave your hair wrapped in a towel for about an hour and a half. That's one 1hr 30min so that it can absorb all the excess water don't ever rush into combing & straightening if there's even a drop of water at the ends and blow drying is an unnecessary step if you have a wet to dry straightener/Flat Iron.

Step 4. Take down the towel now at this point all the excess water is absorbed you can now spray on a heat protectant of your choice. I like to use the ones that claim to protect your hair from 450 degrees of heat like Loreal Paris Color Vibrancy Dual Protect Spray which claims to keep your color from fading & protect your hair from heat damage. It works ok. I cant say that I have seen any noticeable results which is weird bcuz it looks like it has oil in it but left my hair dry but that's just my experience maybe it can work well for you. Never be discouraged to try something just because someone had a bad experience doesn't mean its going to be the same for you. So always use a heat protectant many people love Tresemme heat protectant spray plus its affordable. But if your not on a budget you should absolutely use John Frieda or Paul Mitchell products bcuz they work so good ok so go ahead and spray product evenly through your hair using let that sit for 2 min now gently start combing through ur hair starting from the ends working your way up to the top. Now you can section and begin straightening. Remember the higher the heat the better. That's what they do in the salon you walk in and they just pass it through in a jiffy and ur hair is gets straight like a needle. Please don't be afraid of heat. I know people whose so afraid of heat bcuz their hair is thin & fine and their deathly afraid that they might damage their hair or it might fall off or something please set ur straightener to the highest heat taking small sections of hair u want to pass ur iron over each section 2 to 3 times. Apply a serum to moisturize ur hair a little if u have oily hair don't use much but remember dry hair means brittle hair more prone to frizz and damage. Last thing spray evenly some hair spray through your hair and comb through if that didn't help then you didn't do it right lol. Bcuz im always right. :)

Hydrogen Peroxide Uses & Dangers

Here' the 411 on Hydrogen Peroxide. I'm going to use the SSS Method or what I call Short,Sweet & Simple so basically its getting to the point.  There are many articles about HP its uses for home cleaning & Health.  Its the health articles that worry me the most telling people its good to use & that its used in many Dental/Teeth Whitening products which is true however that doesn't mean using it on ur own is equally safe after all no ones going to write an article & tell u to use something knowing about possible dangers right.? WRONG! The problem with many of these stupid articles is that they are never specific on what theyre claiming they never give clear guide lines & its absolute sh*t.  Here's why.

Dangers of Hydrogen Peroxide. I recently bought HP last week to use I intended to make my own home remedy to help remove tartar lol if only. So last night I noticed that there was something on the floor I could have mistaken it for water in fact I did bcuz I aslo had a bottle of water on the floor. Then I noticed the black bag with the HP lying sideways GOOD GRIEF most of it had leaked. I only picked up the bag wiped it up & in a matter of seconds my hand began to burn & sting really bad. In one minute the skin on my hand turned white it looked as if I had pasted white powdered chalk. I obviously soaped & washed my hand immediately and waited for a few minutes before thoroughly cleaning the area. After about 10mins I used a drop of soap/Dawn on my floor using a rag meant for cleaning and soaped and rewiped the area a few times im extra careful & OCD when it comes to cleaning esp when its dangerous stuff/cases like this bcuz I have a little angel/ Dog. So I wanted to be extra safe that there wasn't any residue on the floor. He always hangs out in my room & I was so worried if he came in contact with it during the day. Luckily it didn't seem so. At the time he was sleeping in my moms room so he was out of the way it was night. My hand after an hour turned back to its normal color but it was red & blistered which really shocked me I mean its peroxide weve all heard about how peroxide can be used on cuts as an antiseptic & in ears to remove excess wax on teeth to lighten it. The bottle doesn't even have any directions or suggestions or warning's which is absolute shit. Because it is very dangerous & they recommend using it on something as delicate as cuts even for dogs.! Its shocking & crazy & incorrect of course some people will hate this blog cuz they love HP & never had any bad experiences with it so they would dismiss this but this is a very serious issue so what ever you do be very careful if u do decide to use it. The bottle I bought was a 9% solution it was the only one available but apparently 9% is super strong. So strong that next morning my hand was swollen hard red blisered & painful. Keep it away from pets don't use it internally like in ears or on teeth if u do use it on teeth b sure to dilute it maybe just 2 drops mixed with coconut oil make sure its not a 9% solution use the weakest strength u can find & never use it on animals ever. Not on cuts either & I hate saying this but if u do make sure to use like 2 to 3 drops to some water and use plain water to rinse cut after. I have never got an infected cut before ever in all my years of life but people love & seem to look out for something to kill the germs on their boo boo WTF!!! Some wounds & lacerations would definitely require an antiseptic but for a stupid cut wash with water dry let it air out then bandage simple story over.!   The best uses for HP is for cleaning I will write about that hopefully soon. THE POINT OF THE STORY IS HP IS DANGEROUS & IF THAT STILL DOESNT STOP U FROM USING IT THEN ATLEAST BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS AS I HAVE ADVISED USE IT ON URSELF FINE BUT WHAT EVER U DO DONT USE IT ON UR PETS obviously if u do it would be topically but still don't use it no matter what u have heard risk urself if u desire but not ur poor animal that cant speak & peoperly express itself.  In the end it is of use it has its purposes but as with all things tread with extreme caution. Don't use on teeth or on  skin just avoid using it excepting for heavy duty cleaning.  Just imagine if I didn't use the SSS method.  LOL!
